  • Processing order inquiries, scheduling them and preparing quotations for relocation projects.
  • Telephone and written customer support for relocation projects.
  • Coordination of private and business removals at home and abroad as well as support for removal staff in the field.
  • General administrative tasks in the area of accounts receivable & payable.
  • Support and management of the infrastructure, e.g. moving materials and general office organization.
  • Various other versatile tasks to competently support the team and the company.

What you bring with you:

  • Completed commercial training.
  • At least 3-5 years of office experience.
  • Pleasure and experience in daily customer contact is very important.
  • Organizational skills paired with assertiveness.
  • Motivation to work independently and contribute proactively.
  • Reliability and overview in hectic times.
  • Language: Fluent German and good knowledge of English.
  • Very good general PC and Microsoft user skills (Word, Excel, e-mail programs).

We are a renowned moving company that also offers warehousing services. As part of a major project, we are looking for flexible support in the office as well as in the field.

Your area of responsibility includes: As team leader for removals and warehouse support, you will take on a varied and responsible role. You will act as the contact person on site for removals. You will act as the interface between us and the business customer for warehouse support.

  • Management and coordination of moving teams.
  • Planning and organization of processes as well as material and personnel scheduling.
  • Monitoring and compliance with quality standards and checking safety regulations.
  • Active participation in the optimization of processes in the area of relocation and warehousing.
  • Ensuring efficient warehousing, including goods receipt, incoming goods inspection, stock control and management using our WMS.
  • Timely planning and preparation of apartment furnishings.

What you bring with you:

  • Professional experience in the moving industry and management experience.
  • Experience in logistics is an advantage.
  • You are a skilled craftsman and have experience in assembling all types of furniture.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • High customer orientation as well as strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of computer systems and MS Office
  • Valid class B driver’s license
