After so much exhausting work, this often proves to be a tiresome but necessary task. We at Umzugsservice Zürich GmbH therefore offer an additional service to relieve you: moving cleaning. Experienced employees are able to carry out all types of apartment cleaning for you. One less thing to worry about! You decide on the scope: complete or partial apartment cleaning. Our offer is as individual as you are and is based entirely on your needs.
Tip: We also offer cleaning services (including basic cleaning) for stores, warehouses and offices.

Every apartment cleaning/moving house cleaning starts with a consultation. This can take place on site or by telephone – the choice is yours. The necessary viewing appointments are necessary, but free of charge and without obligation. Such an appointment enables a detailed and precise assessment of your requirements, which is followed by an offer tailored to your individual needs and wishes. Do you only need your kitchen and bathroom cleaned? No problem – we will adapt to your wishes. Our offer will then be limited exclusively to these rooms. This is how individual and needs-based cleaning works in a speedy and professional manner.

Yes, with our final cleaning service it is standard for us to be present at the handover date. Our cleaning team arrives at the agreed time with all the necessary cleaning materials to hand over the apartment together with you and the management or the party taking delivery. If there are still any complaints, our handover guarantee applies: we will carry out any necessary subsequent cleaning immediately on site at no additional cost to you. Our aim is to ensure a smooth and successful handover on the same day so that you don’t have to worry about the final cleaning.
Normally, two days are required between moving and handover to ensure a thorough clean. This guarantees that the apartment can be handed over in perfect condition. If an earlier handover is required, it is important to inform us in good time so that we can respond flexibly to your needs and make the appropriate arrangements. We strive to find a solution that both meets your requirements and guarantees the quality of our services. Please contact us for an individual arrangement.
It is not necessary for you to provide cleaning products. Our professional cleaning team will bring all the necessary cleaning products and equipment to carry out a thorough cleaning of your premises. We use ecological and efficient cleaning products that are adapted to different surfaces and materials to ensure optimal results.
Yes, we offer free, no-obligation home viewings to accurately assess the scope of your relocation and provide a precise quote based on this. These viewings usually last between 15 and 20 minutes and can be arranged from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00. For those who prefer a flexible alternative, we also offer the option of sending us videos or pictures via WhatsApp or email, based on which we can also provide a quote. The price for our cleaning service is based on flat rates, which are determined according to various criteria such as the size of the area to be cleaned (square meters), the degree of soiling and specific requirements for cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and windows. These factors allow us to determine a fair and transparent price that meets the individual needs and characteristics of your property.
The quotation process begins with your request via our web form, where building information and contact details are required. Upon receipt, we will contact you for a personal or digital inspection. Based on this, we will prepare a quote. Changes or additional requests are possible, but early notification is important for smooth planning.
A full-service move saves considerable time and reduces stress, as we take care of all aspects of the relocation: from parking space reservation, packing and unpacking, transportation and disposal to furniture assembly and final cleaning with handover. Your possessions are insured and the service is tailored to your individual needs, eliminating physical strain. Removals: Removals must be paid for on the day of removal in cash, by Twint or by debit/credit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payments for all moving services with a payment slip can only be made after consultation and with the agreement of the moving service. Cleaning: The agreed flat rate must be paid in cash to the team leader at the handover location. Relocation: In the case of relocation, 70% of the quoted amount must be paid in advance. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash directly to the team leader after completion of the work at the destination. If the specified deadline of 14 days is not met, the customer will be charged additional reminder costs.
