Our storage units are secure, clean and climate-controlled to best protect your furniture, electronics, artwork or other valuables. With flexible short and long-term storage options, we can adapt to your individual needs, ideal for home renovations, delayed moves or as additional storage space. Ideally, plan your relocation 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure the availability and organization of the necessary resources. Depending on our capacities, we also offer short-term removals at no extra charge to meet urgent needs.
The price for your relocation is based on the scope of the relocation, the distance between the locations, the parking distance to the building entrance, the floor, the availability of elevators and the required working time. Additional services such as a furniture lift or packing materials can also affect the total price.
The price for your storage is based on the quantity of items to be stored, expressed in cubic meters, with a minimum value of 6 cubic meters (m³) for storage. The price per cubic meter is CHF 15, which means that the minimum fee for storage is CHF 90. We also take into account the distance to our storage facility, the distance between the parking lot and the building entrance, the floor, the availability of elevators and the working time required. Additional factors, such as special requirements for storage conditions or the duration of storage, can also influence the final price.
The quotation process begins with your request via our web form, where building information and contact details are required. Upon receipt, we will contact you for a personal or digital inspection. Based on this, we will prepare a quote. Changes or additional requests are possible, but early notification is important for smooth planning.
Our transport insurance is CHF 100,000 per moving van and our public liability insurance has a cover of CHF 5 million.
The actual amount of work performed, rounded to the nearest 1/4 hour, will be invoiced.
The cost of a parking space reservation varies depending on the location and duration of the reservation. If you require a parking space blocking, we will take care of the application for you free of charge as soon as the order has been placed. We will ensure that the blocking is applied for correctly and that the invoice from the municipality is sent directly to your new address to make the relocation process as easy as possible for you.
A full-service move saves considerable time and reduces stress, as we take care of all aspects of the relocation: from parking space reservation, packing and unpacking, transportation and disposal to furniture assembly and final cleaning with handover. Your possessions are insured and the service is tailored to your individual needs, eliminating physical strain. So you can concentrate on more important things while we manage your relocation professionally.
In the event of damage during the relocation, your goods are insured with cover of up to CHF 100,000 per moving van and public liability insurance of CHF 5 million. This offers protection against damage to your goods or persons. Damage should be reported immediately after delivery and submitted to us in writing within three days. As a rule, our removal staff will record the damage themselves and take down all the important information for the claims settlement. Depending on the situation, we will then organize either the repair of the damaged item or compensation at the current value.

Removals: Removals must be paid for on the day of removal in cash, by Twint or by debit/credit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payments for all moving services with a payment slip can only be made after consultation and with the agreement of the moving service. Cleaning: The agreed flat rate must be paid in cash to the team leader at the handover location. Relocation: In the case of relocation, 70% of the quoted amount must be paid in advance. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash directly to the team leader after completion of the work at the destination. If the specified deadline of 14 days is not met, the customer will be charged additional reminder costs.
