We offer our services to both private individuals and companies and charge flexibly and according to actual expenditure. Whether it is the assembly of a single piece of furniture or the complete furnishing, we will be happy to provide you with a non-binding quote. Sometimes furniture and furnishings have to be dismantled for various reasons, especially in connection with a Relocation. Moving costs are usually calculated on the basis of the vehicles used and the working hours of the employees. Depending on the relocation, other costs may also be added.
Ideally, plan your relocation 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure the availability and organization of the necessary resources. Depending on our capacities, we also offer short-term removals at no extra charge to meet urgent needs.
The quotation process begins with your request via our web form, where building information and contact details are required. Upon receipt, we will contact you for a personal or digital inspection. Based on this, we will prepare a quote. Changes or additional requests are possible, but early notification is important for smooth planning.
Our transport insurance is CHF 100,000 per moving van and our public liability insurance has a cover of CHF 5 million.
The actual amount of work performed, rounded to the nearest 1/4 hour, will be invoiced.
The disassembly and assembly of your furniture is included in our moving service at no extra cost. These services are already included in the hourly price of our moving service. Billing is transparent and based on the actual time spent. Our qualified assembly staff, who are part of every moving team, guarantee that all assembly work is carried out professionally and carefully in accordance with your requirements.
The outward and return journey is free of charge within the Canton of Zurich. For removals outside the canton of Zurich, the first half hour of the outward and return journey is free of charge.
Make sure that the room is accessible for installation and offers sufficient space. Remove any obstacles and clarify the position of the furniture in advance.
If a part is damaged during assembly, we will take care of obtaining a replacement part and repair or replace it to ensure that your furniture is in perfect condition.
Removals: Removals must be paid for on the day of removal in cash, by Twint or by debit/credit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payments for all moving services with a payment slip can only be made after consultation and with the agreement of the moving service. Cleaning: The agreed flat rate must be paid in cash to the team leader at the handover location. Relocation: In the case of relocation, 70% of the quoted amount must be paid in advance. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash directly to the team leader after completion of the work at the destination. If the specified deadline of 14 days is not met, the customer will be charged additional reminder costs.
