The warehouses are located in the immediate vicinity of our office in Schlieren and are subject to strict security and maintenance controls. You benefit from regular ventilation, a high-quality ventilation system, monitoring by security cameras and sensors as well as subdivision into individual boxes for organized storage. Ideally, plan your relocation 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure the availability and organization of the necessary resources. Depending on our capacities, we also offer short-term removals at no extra charge to meet urgent needs.
The price for your relocation is based on the scope of the relocation, the distance between the locations, the parking distance to the building entrance, the floor, the availability of elevators and the required working time. Additional services such as a furniture lift or packing materials can also affect the total price.
The price for our cleaning service is based on flat rates, which are determined according to various criteria such as the size of the area to be cleaned (square meters), the degree of soiling and specific requirements for cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and windows. These factors allow us to determine a fair and transparent price that meets the individual needs and characteristics of your property.
The price for your storage is based on the quantity of items to be stored, expressed in cubic meters, with a minimum value of 6 cubic meters (m³) for storage. The price per cubic meter is CHF 15, which means that the minimum fee for storage is CHF 90. We also take into account the distance to our storage facility, the distance between the parking lot and the building entrance, the floor, the availability of elevators and the working time required. Additional factors, such as special requirements for storage conditions or the duration of storage, can also influence the final price.
The quotation process begins with your request via our web form, where building information and contact details are required. Upon receipt, we will contact you for a personal or digital inspection. Based on this, we will prepare a quote. Changes or additional requests are possible, but early notification is important for smooth planning.
The disassembly and assembly of your furniture is included in our moving service at no extra cost. These services are already included in the hourly price of our moving service. Billing is transparent and based on the actual time spent. Our qualified assembly staff, who are part of every moving team, guarantee that all assembly work is carried out professionally and carefully in accordance with your requirements.
A full-service move saves considerable time and reduces stress, as we take care of all aspects of the relocation: from parking space reservation, packing and unpacking, transportation and disposal to furniture assembly and final cleaning with handover. Your possessions are insured and the service is tailored to your individual needs, eliminating physical strain. So you can concentrate on more important things while we manage your relocation professionally.
Removals: Removals must be paid for on the day of removal in cash, by Twint or by debit/credit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payments for all moving services with a payment slip can only be made after consultation and with the agreement of the moving service. Cleaning: The agreed flat rate must be paid in cash to the team leader at the handover location. Relocation: In the case of relocation, 70% of the quoted amount must be paid in advance. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash directly to the team leader after completion of the work at the destination. If the specified deadline of 14 days is not met, the customer will be charged additional reminder costs.
