Removals: Removals must be paid for on the day of removal in cash, by Twint or by debit/credit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payments for all moving services with a payment slip can only be made after consultation and with the agreement of the moving service. Cleaning: The agreed flat rate must be paid in cash to the team leader at the handover location. Relocation: In the case of relocation, 70% of the quoted amount must be paid in advance. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash directly to the team leader after completion of the work at the destination. If the specified deadline of 14 days is not met, the customer will be charged additional reminder costs.
